They arrive quickly, 4 days before the scheduled date. I wear an 11 4E and it fits perfectly. I replaced the insoles with Spenco insoles, which is what I always do with all my shoes. I used to wear New Balance but a friend recommended Asics to me. I was happy with them but felt the heel was too supportive. This isn't my first pair of NB so I was sure the shoes would fit. NB offers many other sizes (e.g. Wide) and models to address various issues such as pronation. So far they have been very comfortable and stable - just what I was looking for. I've tried ASICS, Brooks, Saucony and NIKE, but NB are by far my favorites (and my knees thank me). My runs are short but I need stability and comfort on the descents.
