Although I still love New Balance shoes I feel the quality has dropped a bit

OK. Let me just say I still love my NB shoes and have bought four pairs in the last year. That being said, I've noticed a few issues that have disappointed me. First, the heel padding on one of my shoes had come loose. Second, my new pair has a stain on the right boot that rubs the big toe.
