They arrived a day later than we were told upon purchase which disappointed my son who wanted them for a specific event. Otherwise I have no complaints. They're light, fit well and survived the last week of play and running with no real wear.

After some wear, the front of the boots began to wear down near the toes. Then, after a few days, the lace holes wear out. Unfortunately, these shoes look cheap. This is disappointing as the fabric also has positive vibes for children but the integrity of the fabric and the shoes has been lost due to the way they were made.

My daughter wore it twice and the fabric tore in the front the second time. Very disappointing departure from New Balance. I have been a customer for many years and my husband, I and my two girls always buy this brand, but this is the last pair, the quality has gone down and the price is not worth it.

Bought for my 7 year old to wear to school. They are comfortable and have long laces (which makes it easier for her to tie the laces). But after 2 months of wearing, the mesh on the toes wears out. and not because she has outgrown them. Disappointing.

I was so excited to receive these shoes. The fit was perfect. However, when I got up I found there was no pillow, which is odd for New Balance. When I took them off, both shoes were missing an insole!?! The shoes did not come in their original packaging and had a sticker on them stating that the packaging had been repackaged due to damage in transit? So disappointing. The item must be checked before shipping.

I might even cut them off. It may sound silly, but the laces are very long and also stiff. The laces make you wonder if the shoes are contraband. They fit well and are a cute style for my son.

My son is very picky about the shoes he wears and he absolutely loves these New Balances. This is the second pair I've bought, with the first pair lasting almost a year (impressive for an active 6 year old). It's difficult to find children's shoes in widths, so I'm grateful that New Balance gives parents a choice. We will buy another pair when they wear out.

My kid loves these shoes but they don't stay tied. We double knot them, tie them up, I waxed the laces. Literally nothing works. We need to buy new laces. I've never had a problem like this with tying shoelaces. Great shoes, terrible laces

My daughter is a hardcore under amour lover, my colleague swears by the new balance and said the brand has stepped up their game and they are now very comfortable and durable. So far my daughter is absolutely in love with the look, feel and durability. Not the first and not the last pair of New Balance that we will have at home.

These are good shoes, the older sister wears a second pair. I'm surprised to see that this 4 year old pair has regular laces, while both big sister pairs come with built in elastic laces. Kind of a pain, I ended up buying $10 elastic laces to add to.

I bought shoes for my daughter who runs a lot in high school. The shoes are great running shoes but as mentioned above they looked muddy and muddy after a day of running on a dirt track. I'll probably go with a darker color next time.

These shoes have held up well for my active 8 year old daughter who wears them every day. She has a very wide foot and they give her the comfort and stability she needs. The colors and quality are great and I will definitely be ordering another pair.

Shoes are great! I was concerned about ordering shoes online as my son has wide feet but gave it a try before buying when they were on sale. The laces are very easy to untie and they fit perfectly! Very happy with this purchase!
