A shoe that doesn't just have to be used for sports. It is comfortable to wear and does not immediately give the impression of being a sports shoe. So here is a good successful combination.

First off, I've been a New Balance fan for years, but I've almost always picked up the cheap options at discount stores. They weren't bad and seemed to last longer and were more comfortable than similar Nikes, Adidas etc. However after reading a bit about the brand I found out that they make up about 25% (I think?) of their shoes in the US . This is one of the best sneakers from Mew Balance. They've been replaced with 990s, which I don't like because the tongue isn't high enough and the laces wrap around the socks.

Many popular shoes are stable, too hard, stiff and clunky. This is the best combination of all. I wish I knew of a dress and/or casual shoe with the same combination of cushioning, stability and last. I would buy several pairs. Extraordinary shoes! Soft for comfort but firm for stability. With many well-cushioned shoes, your foot can move too much, leading to pain, blisters, or fatigue.

New Balance shoes are still made in the USA and are very comfortable. I think third world shoes cost the same, have a big name like Nike but don't last long. These shoes have adequate cushioning, especially in the arch and heel areas. This is important if you have flat feet. Buy New Balance and support jobs in the US

These are very, very comfortable shoes. IMO worth the premium price. Made in the USA. I have wide feet and these shoes were the ticket. IMHO there is a big difference in the quality of these shoes compared to shoes that are not made in the USA. I'll buy a few more if needed.

New Balance 993 fits like no other. I also had 990 and my next will be 990 v3. I need 4e and there are other wide shoes on the market, none of them were as comfortable as New Balance.

It's quite strange, I've always bought the same size, but when I bought these I found that they are larger than my previous ones. I ordered a new pair in the previous size.

Great fit! Great for training at the recreation center. Convenient for treadmill and footpath. No walking for this old man.

For the heavy runner who needs good support the New Balance 993 is the best fit. My husband has worn these shoes for many many years so I am always happy when I find them in a size 10 2E!

These are probably the most comfortable New Balance shoes I've ever owned, but they're expensive and put up with very long laces. They provide great support. I like the blue ones best, and you have to pay extra for the blue ones.

So in 2011 I bought 2 pairs of these shoes (one black and one blue) because I wanted shoes MADE IN THE USA. They were fine until this year when I noticed a distinct odor of cat pee coming from both pairs. Thought it might be my legs. nope socks. nope In a Google search, type New Balance and bingo smell issue. I'm not alone. Cheap glue breaks the sole and gives off the smell of cat urine. I have not abused these shoes and living in California they have not been exposed to heavy rain or moisture.

I really like these new balance shoes. I don't know how many pairs of sneakers I've bought over the years but they're great shoes and they're made in good ol' USA! I really recommend these shoes.

I have used different types of New Balance shoes, I think this is the best. I feel very comfortable and the shoe size corresponds exactly to the foot size.

Unlike most shoes of this type, the customer knows that New Balance produces a size and width that perfectly fits any foot size and feels great.

I've always loved my New Balances. They can last up to two years, or even a little longer if the soles wear out a bit or the upper breaks. I run trails and trails at least a few days a week so they can wear out, but don't really wear out much. They fit well and have very little pronation.
