Perfect for my son's full legs. I can easily put his foot in these shoes. It was very difficult for me to find shoes that would fit him. It's also a very cute style.

AMAZING FOR ORTHOTICS! My daughter wears AFO and it is the BEST shoe to wear over her braces. The insoles slide out easily and the shoes open very wide. These are the first shoes she was able to put on independently over braces. No more sweating in your boots on the way to the door! I love the variety of colors and sizes they come in.

It's too hard to walk in shoes. They don't even flex so I don't see how comfortable they are to walk on. Not the best choice for a toddler.

I buy this New Balance model for my girls because they can quickly put it on when we leave school! I like the bareness of the flowers. My girls used to have a gray and black pair. I also love the wide version for my girl with wider flat feet!

Bought these for my 2 year old who has a very wide foot and very high instep. These shoes are perfect for this, especially the high instep. My son loves these shoes. He's had them for a few weeks now and they seem to be holding up well. The only reason I didn't give that five stars is that the sole is quite stiff and doesn't flex like some other brands of toddler shoes.

My 5.5 year old daughter has always had trouble putting her own shoes on and often complains about mysterious bumps and bulges in most pairs of shoes, usually where the Velcro goes folds in half. Terrible quality! Sure, my kid is tough on shoes, but these shoes didn't last a month if worn occasionally (not even every day!) before they had holes in the front and toes sticking out of the mesh! The piece of rubber that is usually placed at the very front of the shoe to withstand the wear and tear is not present on these shoes, and instead the shape is painted on with a very thin layer of colored rubber paint that quickly began to peel off.
