🤔 UNUSUAL. NB runs small 😬

I ordered this shoe a half size up (size 10.5) because the others I had (different style) were size 10 and didn't fit either. This is a nice shoe, but the large sizes have disadvantages. EXTERIOR MATERIAL: The material and design seem good, which is why I bought them. They have many smooth leather panels covering the entire front half of the shoe and about 80% of the back half of the shoe. The other material is a textile material, but the entire shoe is black with black stitching. LOWER SOLE…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Annoying

When I first put these shoes on I was excited because they had a good 2E width. I've worn them around the house a few times and they feel great. Until I wore them during the day. When I got home I had blisters on my 2 smallest toes because they didn't have enough height and my feet just hurt. During the day I felt like I was walking on bricks. It looks like there is no seal. So be careful, if you have enough toe room it would be wise to get some sort of padding to be more comfortable.

Warning: fitness & cross training

I've been wearing New Balance shoes for many years and I'm mostly satisfied. I've had my last pair for four months now. Today I put them on, tightened them up and I ended up with a small bloody hole on the top of the foot from a small wire sticking out of the tongue. Please be careful. I contacted New Balance and they thanked me for letting them know. Update: someone left a comment and I couldn't reply to it directly. To answer the remaining questions, I called New Balance directly. They…

A little disappointed in fitness and cross training

I wish I had pink and blue because at least they were cute. I bought the black ones in 10.5 XW. Seriously, it doesn't seem too wide. The length is ok and the width is ok to the top. The toe box is narrower than I expected from the very wide ones and hugs my pinky toe. In addition, the material is strong, so there are no deformations that would provide additional width. I think this shoe would be good for people with medium feet, but if you need the extra width, you might be disappointed with…

NO LEATHER, AS RECOMMENDED

% Skin. This is NOT LEATHER. not at all. nowhere. Insole and outsole are very flat. This shoe is longer but narrower than any other New Balance shoe of the same size. It interferes with walking and my feet and toes start to hurt after just a short walk. But the worst thing is that it is NOT LEATHER and they falsely advertised it. It almost looks like a fake shoe with the New Balance name on it. All shoes are made as cheaply as fake. I paid good money for these shoes and I feel cheated. Never…

Pros
  • Structured Design: Whether you're exercising or lounging, the inner shank of the midsole adds structure to the midfoot and supports these shoes for added stability with every step
