Review on Women's Athletic New Balance WX623V3 Comfort Training Shoes by Rui Knain

I've been wearing New Balance shoes for many years and I'm mostly satisfied. I've had my last pair for four months now. Today I put them on, tightened them up and I ended up with a small bloody hole on the top of the foot from a small wire sticking out of the tongue. Please be careful. I contacted New Balance and they thanked me for letting them know. Update: someone left a comment and I couldn't reply to it directly. To answer the remaining questions, I called New Balance directly. They offered to sell me a new pair at a proportional price. As this was the second of two pairs both defective I declined.
