Excellent product suitable for tablets

After upgrading to Windows 11 all my 64 bit programs work. The best notebook/tablet I've ever had. Very portable, satisfactory battery life, no sound, good screen size, with a sim card I have an internet connection almost all the time. Worth buying

The hardware worked fine. NO SOFTWARE (Windows 10)

What's the point of paying $800 (upgrade) for the top-of-the-line Surface Pro X when it's loaded with cascading bugs from the edge that are taking over the tablet and winning? Can't access the error screens to read them and fix the problem? Something in MS Edge isn't closing properly, who knows how awesome (NOT) Win10 flashes errors for less than a second and then pops up the surprise HOME screen. So it not only prevented the use of Edge, but also the opening of PDFs, the function of the CHAT…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Refurbished - not like new

The product itself is great but there are cosmetic issues. Has a large chip on the back of the stand which is very noticeable and I don't know how it went as a refurb.

Pros
  • Something about it
Cons
  • Could be damaged
