What's the point of paying $800 (upgrade) for the top-of-the-line Surface Pro X when it's loaded with cascading bugs from the edge that are taking over the tablet and winning? Can't access the error screens to read them and fix the problem? Something in MS Edge isn't closing properly, who knows how awesome (NOT) Win10 flashes errors for less than a second and then pops up the surprise HOME screen. So it not only prevented the use of Edge, but also the opening of PDFs, the function of the CHAT button and also the function of Chrome. And then, after a few hours online with MS Support Pro, she couldn't answer me, all she could do was restart the computer. THEN I couldn't reset because I didn't have the 892 shizzle dizzle code. So what can I do besides returning the tablet for a refund? I will be buying a Samsung tablet for the same price, looks like this Android tablet will WORK. WORK, a concept Microsoft might want to look up on Wikipedia.
