Started falling apart in less than a month

These shoes looked good but within a month they started falling apart, the quality was poor and they got smaller. Luckily I was within the return window they started falling apart so quickly

Torn shoelaces: Men's

I love these moccasins. However, I've only had them for three months, I don't wear them every day and the leather laces have already snapped, which has never happened to any shoe before.
