This remote clearly wasn't designed with any thought for user experience! It's finicky, sometimes requiring multiple button presses to get it to work, and often it doesn't work at all. The layout is also extremely cluttered and confusing. On the bright side, the remote is lightweight and easy to handle. Unfortunately, that's just not enough to make up for its many electronics-related shortcomings.

This remote looks the same as our first one and is easy to use because I understand all the possibilities but is much slower in responding to changes made to the remote. Change the channel, switch to Netflix or another app, and even turn on the TV.
