This board is the perfect weight for cooking. The board is quite soft, does not leave the blades of the knife, but at the same time it is rigid and durable. This Ford is very easy to clean. I definitely recommend this board.

Happy with the cutting board It doesn't smudge, is a large size and seems to hold up well to everyday use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it's not heat resistant at all. The lid of the pot mounted on the board left a ring where the surface melted.

I bought this cutting board because it is the perfect size to cover the sink in my RV and increase the countertop space, without using the sink. I cut the cutting board to fit perfectly into the chamfer around the sink. I simply used a master saw to make straight cuts, a jigsaw to make curved cuts and a file to round the edges.

Bought for my husband who is smoking ribs as a new hobby. He loves this cutting board! It's big enough for an entire rack. The cross shape of the board keeps the juices well on the board and on my countertops. The only downside is that washing is a bit difficult, which helps keep the juices well.
