Second time unit stopped working

The company replaced the first one I received after it stopped working shortly after. Now the second unit they sent has stopped working. Just spoke to the company. Their customer service is very good. They're sending an updated version since I had so much trouble with the first two. Am happy with their response.

Finally getting a full night’s sleep

I couldn’t get the timer to work, but otherwise this thing is perfect! Last winter I was diagnosed with SAD, so I decided to try this light. Within a few days, it had reset my circadian rhythm so I don’t even need my alarm, plus I’m sleeping better. This has helped improve my mood so I’m really pleased.

Very pleased for my opinion

I am very happy with this light (pun intended). I didn't really know what I needed, as this was my first light, but it has been something I look forward to using in the darker months of the year. I use it first thing in the morning while doing some reading and quiet time to start my day, and I do believe it helps.Also, the customer service is phenomenal. Works well: my feedback

I almost purchased an older version of this because I tend toward "less is more", and was worried that the additions of the brightness adjustment button or timer feature on this would just complicate things or might break. Turns out, the brightest setting was a bit too much for me, so I'm glad I was able to turn it town (I use the middle of the 3 settings) and I use the timer all the time. What I needed on my review.

I definitely can feel a difference when I use the lamp. It is simple to use. Sturdy. Really love the timer option as well. May not work for people with certain neurological conditions.

Button functionality

The bad: The bottons have to be pressed in just such a way and I don’t seem to have the magic touch. The power button requires a firm, intentional, and quick press. It takes me 3-10 tries each time to turn the light on. Off is easier. The timer button worked the first few times but I can only get it to go for an hour now. Buttons never worked

I am so disappointed with this light. The buttons never worked well and now a year later, with very little use, I can't get it turned on at all.I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. Great customer service experience.

So easy to use in my review

So easy to use and set up. Love the multiple settings for brightness. I haven't used the timer feature yet. It's also really thin and easy to store when not in use.

Happy Light on my review.

I bought a happy light as my doctor recommended it to help with my seasonal affective disorder. I am pleasantly surprised by it. It is very bright even on the lowest setting and I like that you can use the timer function if you choose or just leave it on for your own specified time. I it very easy to use.

Great idea that works

We had a friend turned us onto this. We live in the north, and it gets very dark very early this time of year. In the morning, we turn the light on and use it for 15 minutes. It stops the production of melatonin and increases the production of serotonin. It is a huge relief to seasonal depression. If you suffer from SAD, you need this.

Lovely but super bright!

This thing is amazing and I’ve noticed a significant boost in productivity. I’m a teacher so by the time I get home I feel exhausted. This helps me get a little more pep to do the home things I need to do.

This is mg first time purchasing light therapy lamp. I like a lot about it. LED screen, timer function and very easy to use. However, the stand design is very annoying. Why can’t they make the stand foldable? Also, why can they design it so the cords can be wrapped about or can be organized better.
