DO NOT buy this item! I finally got around to installing one (I bought two) and it fell apart in my hands trying to connect it! Here's the problem, I think: It's a 20-amp outlet. The romex used is a size 12, much thicker and harder to bend than a 14 like the romex typically used for lighting fixtures. The output connectors (the screws that the wire attaches to) need to be pressed, and this output is clearly not designed to withstand any pressure. What's broken in the socket are tiny plastic…
