Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Though it's marketed for automotive use, it doesn't provide the power needed to jump start a dead car battery. The only pro is its hardwired outlets. The cons far outweigh this, as it's not reliable in emergency situations and doesn't live up to its advertised capabilities. Save your money and invest in a more dependable product.

Very shapely bodies, as they should be. In my houseboat one in the front and one in the back. Be sure to use a slightly larger wire. I routed the 4 gauge welding rod to a spot that I can use as a connection point. Before it kicks out due to the inability to apply power from the 12 volt side. Now it's flawless

I like its sinusoidal output for devices that require it like my e-bike charger. My old converter seemed to work, but it was flashing red while in use and I didn't want it to turn off when camping. The e-bike charger requires sinusoidal current and for that it works great. I also like that it has charging ports for charging cell phones etc. I don't like the cigar lighter plug for power as it doesn't work on my rear cigar lighter socket in the trunk (insert deep enough) - no contact.
