The whole process from set up & configuration took less than 5 minutes! I had no issues at any stage during this setup or integration phase - everything went smoothly! They were also very responsive throughout our project engagement period too which helped us build trust as we worked together towards achieving success both within their organization but most importantly through our partnership! Best Marketing Tool for Lead Gen in all Cloud Environmets

The ease-of use by both end users as well our support staffs who are non developer friendly! It's great having live help when you need your code changed or have questions about how something works because we can't figure out what makes certain features work like they do from their menus etc -it takes us 30 minutes just getting started!! Great Platform for Customer Engagement

The fact that you can add as many platforms as you want to your account. We are using Next User's Chatbot which has been very helpful in collecting and analyzing customer feedback. I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up and use. It also took us less than 10 minutes to integrate with our main website. There isn't much I dislike about Next User. NextUser - Work better with Zoho Projects

What I like, is being able to have my team working from home. This has made us more productive since we are not required to be physically present at the office to collaborate. The application itself also has some quirks which can get frustrating. For example, when using the chat feature, sometimes you get disconnected. User friendly platform for communicating directly

Our Account Executive uses this as her work tool from 9-5 every day during training sessions to provide feedback/guidance using our software or other programs like Xero etc. I can not speak highly enough about how useful and informative she has been!
