User friendly platform for communicating directly

Our Account Executive uses this as her work tool from 9-5 every day during training sessions to provide feedback/guidance using our software or other programs like Xero etc. I can not speak highly enough about how useful and informative she has been! She always makes sure we are at 100% if things were confusing by answering each question quickly so there would be no issue afterwards when trying again later. It's amazing because you never have any trouble asking questions/reaching out - your account rep will answer them immediately when needed or follow up accordingly without delay before they even realize its happening which ensures great service!! Nothing yet. ! The ease of use, the ability to send messages to users, and the reporting system are the best features I have found. It's easy to set up and get started. There are some minor bugs we've encountered during our testing phase, but they were quickly resolved. We're able to reach out to our customers via email and SMS. This provides us with additional insights into their needs and preferences.
