Smaller than in the photo. Comes in 2 separate parts: the basket frame and a center rod that screws into (rotates) the base of the basket frame. The base doesn't fit snugly against the tabletop, so it wobbles back and forth. Send back immediately.

The bottom of the product was missing a screw so it couldn't work, luckily we have lots of tools so I found a spare screw to use to screw it on , which worked well but very annoying is that an important part of the product is missing.

This tea bag holder came unassembled and there were no assembly instructions. The only way to assemble it is to leave the screws sticking out of the bottom, which will scratch the table or countertop. The upper and lower levels do not rotate. I would not recommend this tea bag holder.

Smaller/shorter than expected. With the rotation it seems to work fine. I tested each basket and its capacity with Stash brand tea bags. Fits 10 comfortably but 13 is the max if you have extra pockets. I will use it as a gift as a tea sampler basket. Arrived already assembled in a plain white box, easy to decorate as a gift box.

I would give this item 5 stars but one of the bottom containers is welded upside down so the wire holding the tea bags down is on top. I can fit bags sideways in this basket, and I can fit many bags in other baskets accordingly, so do not send it back for replacement. (The first photo shows what the bins should look like. The second image shows what the broken bin looks like.)

I like the look and organization of this product. But when I first installed it, it tipped on its side and wobbled badly. It could spin, but there was no point in leaving it that way because its function didn't work. I had to insert a round washer I found around the house to keep it from falling off. But now that I've fixed this issue, it won't turn on at all. I was so excited about this product but it turned out to be overkill. Maybe I just got a bug?

This is a great addition to my home! It matches the black accents I have in my kitchen. One thing when I assembled it was that one side was higher than the other, so when you rotated it it kind of wobbled, like having to put a stand under a table leg to keep it level and not wobble. Me and my husband put non slip sticky pads on the bottom and it solved the only problem I had with this product! Stick three sticky pads on the floor in a circle, as shown in the video. Went like clockwork :)
