closed loose. The gasket was defective and deformed, but was still not sealing when the gasket was replaced. A piece of junk. I went to one of the local hardware stores, bought one and installed it within 1 minute, no leaks. Only €2.00 more. I will never order plumbing online again.

The shower head looked new but when I installed it water was leaking all over the place. I decided to take it apart and found that some parts were missing (the gray dot on the right side of the picture compares good and bad). Luckily I upgraded another Niagara shower head I recently bought so I got it working by swapping out parts, but I didn't have to swap out any parts on a brand new item.

I love this shower head. First I was Leary, because the less water used, the higher the cost. But it convinced me! Children can shower for 30 minutes and we never run out of hot water. He also does his job very well. Do you think it's harder to clean with less water? nope The streams are focused and it's like a full shower. Good product, I will buy more!

I bought this to replace the standard head in my new home and it has made a big difference. I take a long shower, the less water flows, but still rinses well, the better. Installation was very easy. You don't need any tools except string tape. No leaks so far and the shower head is smooth and very light. Has enough hose length for hard-to-reach places. There is a 1.5 GPM version of this model for even more water savings.

I wasn't sure how much 1.75 GPM cost but it seems like there is more than enough water flow to shower (I would have even 1.5 or 1.25 preferred gpm). Can be set between 3 jet types. What I miss is the GPM adjustment (although this wasn't advertised). A small detail: when you turn off the water, a little water seems to flow out of the ball joint. Apparently it seals under water pressure (no pressure leak) only momentarily when you turn off the water. Strange.

I'm happy with the shower head. It has decent pressure which I need for my very long hair or a shampoo and conditioner that lasts forever. Adjusting between modes is very easy and smooth. Good hose length. Taking two stars off an otherwise completely positive review for the crappy plastic headpiece mount that broke after a few uses. Why make a part out of plastic that will be used and stressed repeatedly? It's almost guaranteed to break. We had to buy a new one and as we didn't want any more…

Recently moved to a new apartment and the water pressure WAS SUCCESSFUL. I thought it was probably a construction item so wasn't much to do but for such a low price it was worth it. This shower head has greatly improved the water pressure in my shower. Has different settings. I find the massage setting a bit frustrating because the flow arrangement is a little odd and points in odd directions. The adjustable head on the mount is held by a ball bearing and seems to lose its "hold" over time. But
