Recently moved to a new apartment and the water pressure WAS SUCCESSFUL. I thought it was probably a construction item so wasn't much to do but for such a low price it was worth it. This shower head has greatly improved the water pressure in my shower. Has different settings. I find the massage setting a bit frustrating because the flow arrangement is a little odd and points in odd directions. The adjustable head on the mount is held by a ball bearing and seems to lose its "hold" over time. But very cool, very easy to install. I recommend using plumbing tape at all times when replacing a shower head like this to prevent leakage.
