Quick Release Half Cage 231 is universal for most mirrorless camera, such as Canon, Sony, Panasonnic, Nikon. Consists of top plate, cheese rod and Manfrotto style QR baseplate, three assemble parts. Applicable to Manfrotto 577, 501, 504, 701, the quick release base plate could replace your Manfrotto QR plate and directly be mounted on tripod. 6.2'' long cheese rod allows to adjust the height between the top plate and Manfrotto style QR baseplate to fit different size camera. Plus, equipped with 1/4 and 3/8 threaded holes for you to attach accessories like wooden side handle. Features cold shoe, multiple 1/4 and 3/8 locating holes on the top of cage for mounting mic, monitor or other attachments. And you could quickly transfer to handheld shooting by attaching NATO handle to the built-in NATO rail. Yet, providing a cold shoe positioning knob to mount it on the cold shoe of your camera to make your rig setup more stable.
