After I put it to the test, I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of comfort in these shoes. The Joyride technology simply did not deliver the support I was expecting. The shoes fit. However, they are not "new". They were not in the original packaging. They were a bit worn and one of the shoes was missing a cardboard insert. My guess is that someone returned them and they were resold as new.
