I've been looking for a shoe close to the style I wear on the street, Nike Lunarglides. I currently wear the Altra Lone Peak for trail running. I liked them for the comfort and weight, but always felt a bit bulky. I got a lot of healing and toe bumps on the track. Ahhh. I really wanted to love these shoes. I run on the track regularly. These shoes have an odd fit - loose in the heel, roomy in the toe, but very tight in the midsole. If I tie them regularly my toes go numb after about 3 miles. When I loosen the laces (even a little) my foot slides all over the place which makes me unsteady.
