I bought size 6 for my son who is about 5.5. Based on the reviews I took half a size bigger. There are nice shoes, I bought him light blue. So far no problems. I'll try the lab tomorrow, update in a few weeks how it holds up. He is a very active eight year old. He loves them too and says they are very comfortable there.

The shoes themselves are great, but I ordered shoes with Velcro. Instead I received the same boot but with laces and no Velcro. I specifically wanted velcro.

These sneakers arrived in a dingy dirty shoe box wrapped in dirty elastic and obviously the sneakers themselves have been worn before! Disgusting

We bought these shoes on April 1st and at the beginning of June my son couldn't wear them anymore. Both shoes have holes, the soles are completely worn out and the insoles are detached and wrinkled, making the shoes unusable. Very disappointed in Nike.

These shoes were initially great! However, the Velcro only stays closed after 2 months of wearing. Even after checking the velcro and hooks for dirt three times, it still doesn't close properly. My son has to fix them all the time. Not what I would have expected from a Nike product.

When I first received the shoe I was very happy with it until holes appeared in it. Very comfortable and light but terrible durability.

I wish I could read reviews on this shoe. I made a very "American" mistake and assumed that since they are Nike they would be of much better quality and of course I was wrong. My little man is a high functioning autistic. He likes to be able to do things himself, so we buy light shoes to boost his confidence. My 7-year-old is by no means a big child, but rather thin with thin legs. The velcro over the ankle is definitely not long enough. So while it closes well when the shoe isn't on, it's difficult to get these parts to stay down as you run and jump if you put a child's foot in with a sock. which of course is all the time for a 7 year old boy. Cute shoes love the style love the colors even the price is not too outrageous. but I really wanted the top to stay connected instead of being open all day.

My son has been wearing Nikes since he could walk. He's 8.5 years old now, so we've seen a lot of different models and sizes. This couple is by far the worst.
