The pads on the soles of the shoes are slippery. They are not as slippery as padons, but should be made of grippy rubber. Shoes fit well and are comfortable. I miss the ratchet strap on the Peloton shoes, but I find them good enough for indoor training.

So the shoes fit great and would probably work well. The problem I had was that it was clearly a used shoe that I paid full price for so I returned it. It was dirty and had signs of wear. Totally unacceptable, I would avoid this company.
