I suffer from heel spurs and the arch in this shoe provides great arch support. If you're looking for soft comfort, then these flip flops aren't for you. I have arch support and my heel spurs no longer hurt, not to mention they are stylish and comfortable for me. I wear a size 8.5 and bought a 9 and it fits perfectly. Hope that helps

For Christmas my daughter who usually wears size 4 on tall children opened her gift and was very excited they looked good she went to put them on her feet and it was so tight. Impossible to wear. She doesn't have big or fat legs. It was just weird and I ordered a size up to make sure they fit. I was so embarrassed because it was Christmas morning. I returned immediately.

I was so excited to get these after reading so many great reviews. And they turned out to be the worst flip flops I've ever had, and that includes the ones I bought at Walmart. They are a bit small and narrow, which makes them less comfortable. Rather than consider them comfortable, they actually hurt to wear because the front edge of the strap digs into my big toes over the top. And the base of the shoe is very hard and stiff. I definitely regret this purchase!

I've never had a pair of mules before, so I decided to try them and I'm more than satisfied! I LOVE HER! the little grips on the sole feel so good on the feet. My feet hurt a lot but when I wear them my feet don't hurt at all. They're so easy to put on and take off, but the best part is they won't slip off your foot as you walk.
