Quality shoe - Poor fit

Obviously a well made shoe but it doesn't fit. I take and ordered a block 8.5. It was so hard to get a foot in, I think I would have needed a full size up. (9.5). Returning the shoes was easy and no problem.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • So-so

Beautiful but not practical, uncomfortable to wear.

The shoes look good but are difficult to put on, there is no hook at the back to put the shoes on. I usually wear a size 7 1/2 to 8, I bought a size 8 but there are tight ones, like an eight. I will not buy this style again. not comfortable to wear. Beautiful but not practical, uncomfortable to wear.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Reliable

HARD AS A STONE! fits Athletic

Looks like a nice shoe but HARD as a rock! Not comfortable at all. The insole is rigid and inflexible. The insole is removable but there is no room for a better insole (the shoe is small/tight). It just looks and feels like a terribly cheap shoe. The fabric is stiff, the sole is like a rock (not soft at all. You know what I mean, no cushioning). Terrible. Sad. We'll return immediately.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Something different

Disappointing! best in road running

The shoes look amazing but the feel was very disappointing. In general, they're not particularly resilient or well cushioned, but the forefoot has little to no cushioning. It feels like walking barefoot towards my toes, and not for the better. They have less support than the old worn out shoes I replace. I returned them but I have no doubt my legs would hurt if I ever walked in them.

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall Performance
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Overpaid for uncomfortable shoes

Loved the color I also have very skinny legs and these very expensive shoes push my feet to the toes. They are not comfortable at all. And they have to be male.” "No man could fit in those shoes. I am a woman with skinny legs and they rub and pinch my foot. I wear AAA and have no bow. and pink, and they cost 169.00. Disappointed because they don't fit and they also looked like someone had worn them because they were dirty on the soles of tennis shoes.

Pros
  • cool product

LOVE the new Free RN!

If you've ever worn a pair of Nike Free or similar lightweight shoes, you're going to love them. I'm very used to wearing Nike shoes and love the light feel, but after reading some negative reviews about these shoes here I was a bit worried. I'm certainly glad I didn't let them cloud my mind. Some people have complained that their feet hurt after running, but note that Nike specifically stated that these shoes are NOT designed for long-distance runs - no more than 2-3 miles. . The shoe is made…

Pros
  • Easy fit
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

fits best in shoes like a glove

I bought this pair to replace my old free Nike shoes, it was version 4.0 and I have loved them for many years. Seeing this different style in a "loose" family made me a little nervous. When I first tried them on they were different than what I was used to, but I liked them straight away! They're light, the arch is perfect and I still have that barefoot "sense of freedom" that I love. My old Nike Free 4.0s were a size 7.5 so I ordered them the same size and they fit like a glove. They fit snugly

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
