Nike Womens Running Shoes White Black Women's Shoes : Athletic Review

Nike Flex RN are my favorite running shoes. I typically run 3-5 miles a day and they are light, flexible and never feel uncomfortable. I tried other much more expensive running shoes that gave me knee pain while running. (Too stiff for my gait?) I have a 2017 and a 2018 flex and love both. I will never run into anything else.

It's great. You have good arch support. They are lightweight and great for walking and running. I train 3-4 days a week and hope these shoes will hold up even with prolonged use. I gave them 4 stars because I haven't had them long enough to know if they would work with this use, although I'm sure they will.

I currently have about 6 pairs of shoes of the same type. This is by far the worst pair of shoes I have ever owned. The color should be black/dark gray but looks more like hunter green in the light. I ordered a size 9 like all shoes (really need a size 8 1/2 but I keep ordering more). I literally had to use both hands to put this shoe on my foot. Needless to say I am returning them today
