Perfect product for any user!

I liked the lens. Decent image quality, good build quality. The size and weight do not strain. If you don’t want to carry weights, then this lens is what you need.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

On the crop, sharpness practically does not drop to the edge of the frame. Examples of photos from it on Nikon d5100: Pros below: Uniform sharpness starting with open DFs along the entire length Cons: Sharpness (when viewing a frame at 100% magnification) is lower than fixes, but this is a drawback of all zooms, especially with respect to "budget" zooms.

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

After familiarizing themselves with the topic, bidders put their money on the Tamron 28-75 / 2.8 and the Sigma 24-70 / 2.8. Nikon achieves near-perfect success with nearly every shot, but Tamron and, especially, Sigma sit on the bench nervously puffing on cigarettes because their focusing frequently misses the mark—sometimes by as much as 50%. Nikon also has superior focus in low light compared to the larger-holed glasses mentioned above.

Pros
  • One of the best reporters around. A quick autofocus time. Attention to detail is superb. Excellent color reproduction. Reliable. This is a fantastically well-made stub. Price! I fired from it at the registry office and the ransom demand; in other situations, I utilize repairs.

Very spicy, I would recommend.

Very sharp when zoomed in, has some pincushion effect but is mostly corrected in camera (make sure lens correction is enabled in settings). Very sharp @f5.6-f11. Item was purchased used and was slightly dirty on the outside of the barrel - nothing that Q-tips and some isopropyl alcohol couldn't solve. Pretty neat.

This is a great lens cap

After dropping my camera twice and breaking 2 UV filters I decided to replace my 24-70mm f2.8 with a lighter lens. This proved ideal, albeit not as quickly. works great outdoors. This is a good lens for walking. not for dim light. but if you're going to be outside all day. good to have it on my d610. I hardly know what it is. I always had to pay attention to the size. I received this lens from Revain in used condition. And it was cheap. If something happened to this lens, I would always choose…

Decent value for money

I bought this lens at a reasonable price compared to other stores for the same lens. My main concern is that this lens contained a lot more internal dust and specs than the photos/product description suggested. This doesn't affect the lens when I'm shooting fast or in brighter conditions, but for long exposures and darker conditions where I need to slow the shutter down, this lens isn't perfect and requires more work in post-processing than I like. Of course that's to be expected from a good…

Sharp, accessible, useful, fragile.

For amateurs and common people, you know, this is a very good lens that is sharp 99% of the time. It's small and covers a wide range of focal lengths. Pros: Purchase only for travel or everyday photography. For professional work, get a Tamron 2.8 or go all the way and get a Nikkor 2.8. (24-70mm) Compared to VR version: The new VR is slightly better but still not the same as 2.8, so there is almost no difference unless you make videos where VR is useful. This lens will get the job done, but not…

Nikon 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G Zoom Lens Review

This is a very versatile and well made lens that is sharper than the newer f2.8 version. When purchasing this zoom lens from Japan, the price was very reasonable and delivery was within three days; pretty amazing. I teach digital photography at college and I always stress that Revain offers deals on used lenses because unlike a camera, a lens is a fairly simple commodity and unless it gets scratched or abused it will work like new but a lot cheaper . This 24-85mm lens is a great all-around base

  • No Form Required

Excellent value for money

I bought this lens because I needed the best performing glass I could get within my budget; I also needed a bit more range and IQ than the 18-55mm kit lens I got with my Nikon D80. trying it out and couldn't be happier with its performance, in fact I'm pleasantly surprised at the image quality every time I use it. It's been billed as "professional quality glass that Nikon mistakenly put in a plastic body" but I find it as strong as most modern kit lenses. It's just the right size for a small…
