Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

Serious glass, with a serious picture. You shoot with them something that the usual look of a pair has no time to catch (sharpen attention) - this is the reason for the attractiveness of the photographs. Wearing 50, a couple misses the pictures of genuine human emotions that are inaccessible to him. Switched to the 90th - ISO began to allow them to be used more often, happy as an elephant :)

Pros
  • Focal lengths, dimensions and weight (for me) - stabilizer, ultrasonic motor, 9 aperture blades, serious internal construct (number of elements / groups - there are practically no aberrations)
Cons
  • 67mm . (I would like from 77 of course :)) PS: For such a price, in principle, there are none .

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

I didn’t have enough space in the merits, I’ll add it here: - you can shoot something very close to macro. - not afraid of water, despite the retractable design. I shot on the ocean in a downpour, at least henna to the lens, but there are few good pictures, the front glass quickly began to be covered with drops, although the hood delayed this moment. I am completely satisfied with the lens, I bought it as the most budgetary TV reporter, then it turned out that it is also very good as a…

Pros
  • Given the fact that I bought this lens for 12 thousand, I can’t put less than five! - very light for a telephoto lens - autofocus speed is above average (much faster than 50mm 1.4g) - sharp at all focal lengths. Here someone writes about soap at the long end, and so, especially for such people, first learn how to handle the technique, and then write "abstruse" reviews, while reading I shed a couple of times. Everything is absolutely drastic on the long end, even with a little flu. - good work of the stabilizer. On a bet, I took a clear shot at 300mm with my hands at a shutter speed of 1/10. - pretty good bokeh. But boring, too simple, although I realized this only after getting acquainted with the 85mm fix, before that I really liked everything. - despite the small aperture, desperately shoots in poor lighting. It was easier to get a good, not blurry frame on it than on 50mm 1.8d, probably due to the stub and the large diameter of the lenses. - Well, and most importantly, it's quite a juicy and beautiful picture, I was pleasantly surprised.
Cons
  • In general, for such a price they simply do not exist. But I'll name the main ones. - often lacks autofocus speed when shooting flying birds at the long end. But this is if the birds decide to do aerobatics, and so, birds flying more or less stably and smoothly, quite normally catches the focus. - after falling in a photo backpack from half a meter, some kind of bushing responsible for focusing flew off. It cost 5 thousand wooden ones to put it back. After that, autofocus began to get very dull at the long end. It's most likely a repair issue. But here, as a drawback, I mean precisely the fragility of the structure, do not drop the lenses :)))

I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

A wonderful lens, from minor quibbles, only that there is a light soap on the long end, the stub is beautiful - at 300mm you can take a photo without blurring at 1/80 (you need to get used to it, but there are people who managed to shoot at 300mm + 1/25 from their hands), definitely worth your money. Together with sigma 17-50 2.8 and a 35mm fix for crop, an excellent set of glasses for all occasions.

Pros
  • Sharpness, constructive, excellent stub, weight, price
Cons
  • a little (really a little) lathers on the long end

Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

Bought in addition to kit 18-105mm VR and portrait fix 50mm f/1.8. Compared with the whale - heaven and earth. Focusing speed is several times faster and, most importantly, more accurate! It feels like the lens itself catches what I want to aim at. This, of course, is a joke - however, to change the focus point, I only slightly deflect the "sight", and it instantly clings to the desired object. The lens is massive, but I do not find a minus in this, but quite the contrary. First, it is more…

Pros
  • Excellent image clarity, autofocus is almost instantaneous, the stabilizer is very pleased - during the day it is simply impossible to take blurry pictures even at the long end. Suitable for both crop and full frame - i. E. can be taken "for growth". Low price. Hood and case included.
Cons
  • Already wrote, I can only repeat myself: yes, a bit dark. This glass is not for handheld night shooting. And it lathers a little at 300 mm.

Good product for me, no problems at all.

It does not make any sense to use it indoors, because it is a bit dark and there is not room for maneuver in all rooms, but on the street it is just a pleasure. Very good for photo hunting. Causes respect. Especially with a hood on. Super quality portraits are obtained at focal lengths from 100mm to 250! Over 250 is better to use a tripod. I recommend not turning off the stub. We recommended using high-quality filters, since the lens works through a large air thickness (advice from the seller…

Pros
  • Good lens. Rather, even VERY good. Sharpness at its best! Holds up great! At 250mm, a handheld portrait. And it's all on the crop.
Cons
  • Is that on the crop the viewing angle is narrow. But this is not a drawback of the lens, but rather a feature of cropped cameras. And it's not very comfortable to carry it around your neck. the camera is nosedive. but if you went out to shoot, then you need to shoot and not show off around your neck!

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

If you want to shoot squirrels, birds and you need a good telephoto lens, but the budget is limited, then take it - you won't regret it! . Filmed in Krasnaya Polyana the first stage of the World Cup in 2022. Clearly at 300 mm! I shot the faces of athletes and was afraid that at 300 it would be a little soapy. But when I looked at the pictures on my computer I was pleasantly surprised by the sharpness)

Pros
  • An excellent telephoto, especially on a crop - 100-450mm! Sharp, fast! Stub - chic, really helps! on whale 18-105 a hundred is much worse! Waterproof body! I saw a video where he was on the d7000 in the rain - he was impressed, but there is no desire to repeat the experiment))
Cons
  • A bit dark, but for shooting dynamic scenes during the day - it's the best!

A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

Convenient and pleasant telezoom. It lies perfectly in the hand, but with it my d200 began to look like a toy, what can we say about amateur cameras, well, it doesn’t matter. It focuses well, does not lie, the stabilizer does its job with a bang! As for aperture, of course, the lens is a bit dark, but on the other hand, with such focal lengths, a large hole will be of little use, so I think this is acceptable. P. S. red price he is 17

Pros
  • Focal lengths, optical stabilizer of the second category (VR II)
Cons
  • Of course - luminosity) it’s also hard to focus in low light - you have to help with the handles, but it’s good that this is also conveniently done

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

In my opinion, the best of all budget series lenses. The only thing you can wish for is a larger aperture, but then the price / dimensions / weight will be completely different. Moreover, this is less relevant at full frame, because the problem of large depth of field and noise at high ISOs is not acute, and the stub helps out remarkably. And inexpensive, and for shooting a reportage and animals very even angrily.

Pros
  • Excellent sharpness, including on an open hole (not bad even at 300 mm), price / quality ratio.
Cons
  • Didn't find it.

Great product, best quality.

I use it in tandem with the D90. Whale 18-105 is still gathering dust. 70-300 I don’t even want to remove it from the device. I recommend this lens as an addition to KIT, you will not regret a penny of the money spent ! And especially doubters just need to come to the store with your carcass and try it yourself on the spot. Doubts will disappear immediately! believe me! Sigmas and Tamrons of the same class, did not consider when choosing! but I can say that not all that glitters is gold . I…

Pros
  • The quality of the pictures is just super, sharp all over the frame, well-assembled (assembly Thailand), auto focus works o-o-much faster than on the 105th KIT, it catches even at night ! the stub is just awesome! Suitable for both full-frame and crop.
Cons
  • 1.5 meters min. focus, but you quickly get used to it when you leave the room. A little heavy, but I think I'll get used to it :) Otherwise, for the money they simply can not be!

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

I took two zoom lenses with me on my trip to the ski resort: One was a 24-120 f/4 universal travel zoom and the other a 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 telezoom. All of these lenses feature advanced VR II image stabilization. At first I thought that the first lens would be more in demand, but when shooting skiers in motion directly, the 70-300 f / 4.5-5.6 lens turned out to be more convenient in terms of focal lengths. In addition, it was convenient for them to shoot distant objects of nature with the…

Pros
  • A very handy lens for shooting skiers on the move when shooting from a distance. It can work in tracking mode during continuous shooting from a series of consecutive frames. It is not convenient to do this with other lenses, either because of the heavy weight or because of their dimensions. In addition, the picture quality is superior to other lenses with a wide universal range of focal lengths. In addition to sports use, you can shoot portraits of people from a remote distance in the open air.
Cons
  • A bit long, but the quality of the resulting picture with this shortcoming can be compared.

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

I have used it a little so far - 2 times for pleasure, I shot at it, so to speak. For 3.5 hours of wearing on the neck, I didn’t feel much heaviness, although I’m not a small girl, maybe that’s why?)))) 18-105 of course loses and sharpness, in addition, from 70-300 the shadows stretch perfectly in the native program, without artifacts (compared to 18-105 the same and unfortunately from 50 (1,8D) / I think that indoors you can also use it even without puff in daylight, raise the exposure a…

Pros
  • Sharp, even very. It gives beautiful colors, blurs the background well (not like fixes, of course, but worthy). The stub works well. Causes respect)))) Inexpensive "guards" and "polars" because of 67 mm. (so far I just rearranged from 18-105)
Cons
  • As they wrote, the lens hood in the transport interferes a little, the "vacuum cleaner". No more have been found yet. I don’t consider a small viewing angle to be a disadvantage - I knew what I was going for)))
