Type of review

Even JPEG is excellent (the first frame is CAMJPEG) even without particularly crushing noise, with good suppression - up to ISO 10000 already! Not a single crop camera can do this (well, except for the D500) like a glove! My big review of this camera can be found here - where I described everything in great detail.

Pros
  • - excellent ergonomics - flip screen -the best camera in the crop in terms of noise (on a par with the D500 of course) - the fastest Live View AF among Nikons - excellent color rendering -long battery life - excellent exposure - Reliable 51 point AF - there is a screwdriver -has in-camera HDR - there is an intra-camera multiple exposure -two cars BB, you can choose to taste -focus works in very dark environments - there is an electronic level
Cons
  • -no matrix stub (it's time, Nikon! ) -AF speed in LV is still low

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

I bought a camera in the online store photosklad. Ru, it came as requested: everything was sealed with the manufacturer’s seal, the mileage was measured, it’s really 0, the manufacturer’s film on the touch screen, while the product is cheaper than competitors. By the way, I bought two cameras from them, it is important for me that the goods come just like that, new!)

Pros
  • Color rendition, the sensor works fine, raw stretches well. Tracking autofocus catches birds easily, that is, the sports mode is good here. Absolutely no lag, 5th generation processor. Video writes in good quality, there is a matrix stabilizer for video. The photos are very sharp, I compare it with my Nikon d780, the one that is the 2022 model and the full frame, then the Nikon d7500 is very very sharp. It shoots into the distance by 50%, unlike a full frame, at 80/200 I photographed very far, while aperture 2.8 remains, craters are visible on the Moon, and on the street you can make portraits of people who are very far away)) The photostore at the time of purchase made a discount on the product, and I immediately bought it.
Cons
  • Noises after 3200 aiso, and why did they do 51200? Crop, of course, is far from a full frame. But this crop is the best of crops, during the day this camera is super! If you're in the studio, that's great too. Jpeg has a weak dynamic range.

If you are an amateur and are going to buy this camera - think about it and decide what is more important to you: 4k video and a touch screen or the ability to shoot decently in poor lighting? If the latter is still more important, take the nikon d610 or d750. They are better in this regard. Different pros: I went to the shooting and, due to my own inattention, I forgot to take the bag with the d600. A colleague had a d7500, I had to shoot part of the shooting day on it. I photographed for…

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

I switched to it from the d5500, the difference is noticeable. Paired with 35 mm 1.8, you get very juicy pictures. Shooting at night is a pleasure. I made friends with nikon snapbridge, it turns out that you just need to wait a bit and the connection will happen. Its pros: Color rendition - fire Ergonomics, at first I was stupid in control, then I got used to it very quickly Battery - I have enough for two days of filming on trips Video quality Screwdriver - managed to buy a profitable 20 mm…

Reliable product for all occasions, quality on par.

The camera is competitive in full frame picture. Comparing with the D600, I see that the differences are minimal. Different pros: Excellent color, dynamic range, low-noise matrix and good 4k video with a decent bitrate, the flat profile, in principle, is already enough for painting video in LUTs. Comfortable grip. In general - I like everything very much. Has cons: No focus peaking. Despite the fact that Nikon's autofocus is almost not suitable for video, focus peaking would be very out of…

Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

I took it after 5100. Of course, time has passed, and the camera is of a different level, but the 5100 had a wonderful swivel display, very convenient for shooting at an angle. This is not the case here - the display slides out, but only 45 degrees down or 90 up. In general, I am incredibly pleased with the camera - in the cold, and in the heat, and in the rain, it worked and worked out more than every. The color rendition and range are gorgeous, the picture is amazing, but it’s quite hard to…

Pros
  • Ergonomic design - comfortable to hold. Screwdriver - immediately expanded the arsenal of lenses. Writes great videos. Their microphones quite adequately cope with amateur tasks. It takes good photos in low light - it does not make noise even up to fairly high ISO values, the quality is equal, you can draw quite a lot out of them. Separately, the work on a single charge is pleasing - for a weekly trip abroad and active photography, you may need to recharge at the most times.
Cons
  • The weight. The camera is quite heavy for a crop. The display seems to be spinning, but it seems not. The connection to the phone via bluetooth (through which the camera downloads geotags) can periodically fall off, then all pairing must first be done.

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Since the review is not a review, I will be brief and say only what I noticed. I switched to the D7500 from the 5000 series. At first I wanted the D7100/D7200, but they didn't fit in my hand, but the 7500 did! Even though it's more expensive. The camera is externally compact, convenient, I got used to the control quickly. Shot about 2,000 frames so far. Finally, I understood what shutter speed, aperture, ISO, various focuses, etc. are for. (I mean, I started using it, and I used to shoot 99% in

Pros
  • Magnificent autofocus, almost instantaneous, perfectly focuses even in the dark. Moreover, it somehow recognizes faces and focuses mainly on them (through the viewfinder! In LiveView, this goes without saying). In normal lighting, focusing is almost instantaneous. High-speed shooting - 8 fps: I shot sports in motion, about 80% of the frames turned out perfect (sharp and in focus), it's just incredibly cool. The buffer holds 100 frames - for me it's through the roof. ISO, in principle, can be raised to 12800 - the noise is quite acceptable, it will do for home shooting. Due to the high acceptable ISO indoors, the flash was no longer needed. Even in low light, the camera takes clear and beautiful (in terms of color) frames. You shoot a seemingly gray semi-darkness - and you get a juicy picture. Color rendition - brought to the ideal ! Of course, I'm just an amateur, but I have never seen such a correct color reproduction from a camera. The faces are not white, not yellow, not gray, but flesh-colored, exactly the way they should be! Perfect. And this applies, of course, not only to faces, but to all subjects. It's great for portraits. A very useful thing is to adjust the focus for each specific lens. This solves the back/front focus problem once and for all. The flip-down screen is very useful, I have already used it when shooting from the height of raised hands and from below. By the way, the screen is touch-sensitive, it is convenient to make camera settings, as well as view photos. However, in photo mode, the touch does not work - maybe it's for the best.
