Very good fisheye zoom lens.

Very sharp, fast focusing, great ability to go from circular to diagonal in the same lens. It perfectly replaces the 10.5mm DX lens I used on full frame to get an almost round image and the 16mm FX lens I used on other occasions. Just a fantastic lens.

Great replacement for Nikon AF 16mm f/2.8 Fisheye

I've had a great Nikon AF 16mm f/2.8 Fisheye for over a decade but this lens doesn't become automatic with the new lens Nikon Z series cameras focus with a Nikon FTZ adapter. So I replaced it with this fisheye lens, which auto-focuses with an FTZ adapter and is also optically a more flexible lens. The only downside to the upgrade is that you lose about a stop at maximum aperture.

High quality, useful magnification scope.

Some Nikon lenses have software that corrects fisheye distortion. Sometimes you want to correct distortion, sometimes you don't. If that's important to you, let your software work with that lens. I don't, but it's not a big problem since I only use this lens when I need a little distortion. As with all my other Nikon gear, the quality is top notch. By the way, if you're really serious about this purchase, there are MANY sites on the internet with better lens reviews than this one.

has good image quality and zoom capabilities. It's an ultra-wide zoom from 15mm to almost 8mm where it becomes a real fisheye. Expensive lens, but you get two lenses for the price. The great design of the lens hood allows you to move the lens hood at a focal length of 8mm, so that the fisheye effect is not blocked, but you have stray light protection the rest of the time. The lens also has a nano-coating that reduces flare, which I don't get with 16mm fisheye or third-party lenses. A very small

Pricey but worth it for my needs.

This lens isn't cheap, but the zoom and autofocus capabilities give good results. I used a 6.5mm manual focus from another manufacturer. This lens is a bit larger, but not as heavy as you might think. Plastic body but doesn't look cheap. If you want a circular effect at 8mm you will need to remove the hood. Please note that there is a knob on this hood, do not force it to turn! This is my first lens with such a button and I struggled with it until I noticed the button. Remember that when the…
