ATTENTION: Please check which Nikon 18-300mm lens you have before ordering.

Just received Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3G ED VR Pro (clip-on) digital lens hood for my Nikon 18-300mm. I learned the hard way that Nikon makes two versions of the 18-300mm lens; f/3.5-6.3G and f/3.5-5.6G. The product appears to be of good quality and cheaper than an OEM replacement, but it definitely doesn't fit the f3.5-5.6 version.
