Exactly as described

I like that the soap dispenser knob works as described and isn't as flimsy as some brushes I've used in the past. It dispenses a good amount of soap and doesn't leak or create waste. I don't like that they didn't send a replacement polypropylene head, but I have no problem ordering one when the time comes. Overall, I really like this brush.

Leaks at both ends

I bought this on purpose because it could be hung upside down. It flows very quickly, all the soap is gone in a few hours. So I put it right side up and it still licked, albeit more slowly. It took about a day for all the soap to drain off its end. Edit: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund or replacement which was very nice of them. While the brush leaked, the real brush head was very effective at cleaning dirt and grime.

The lock broke after a week of use, but the seller is surprisingly responsive!

I've only been using this brush for about a week (my last one was torn at the seams 2 years ago) and now one of the small attachment pieces on the head has broken off. Only used a few times, never twisted badly and didn't even try to remove the brush. it's still on its first soap fill. Definitely not recommend. UPDATE: The seller, LN Century, responded to my review very quickly. They immediately offered a replacement or refund. I had already replaced the dishwashing brush with an OXO (the same…
