Very Good Product and Price

This is a great way to buy these fuse holders. When I need it and I go into town for it, they usually don't have anything. Buying them in such a bundle gives me some additional options to fix this problem. It's also possible to buy 10 this way for the price of maybe 2 in a blister pack from car dealerships. The last time I used one of these was to plug a plug into my UTV for sprayer use. Would buy again.

Excellent quality. 15 amp fuse.

Excellent quality. Real 14 AWG wire with superior insulation. copper cable. Suitable for making power radio cable. 15 amp fuse max. Combined with Icom T-connectors, pure AO grade oxygen-free copper wire and soldered Monoprice banana plugs, I got the best power cords for my Icom 50W and TYT TH-9800 radios. I chose 16 AWG for the modest 25-watt, 10-meter Radio Shack HTX-10 radios, although they would be fine.

Built tough and works with fuses

I bought it only needed one but they were so cheap I just left the rest of the wiring harnesses. I'm sure they will come in handy one day. The wire on this harness is very strong. Simply cut the loop and connect each end between the power supply and the electronic device you are powering to protect it! I have a few fuses lying around at home and installed one that is really tight. Then cover the fuse with a lid to create a watertight seal.

Poor quality fuse holder

Out of a pack of 10 only 8 could be used due to rubber running over one or both terminals and penetrating through slots. Also, all 10 had a weird bulging on the sides (if you look closely at the pictures). Some terminals were also slightly twisted. I have bought these before including two different gauges at the same time, I also bought them from Revain and the other two gauges were excellent quality each from different vendors and manufacturers. As I said: Fuse holder

is real crap. First, the wire is aluminum, not copper. Aluminum wiring was tried in the US in the 1970's but abandoned in the 80's but is currently used in China for some very cheap products (which I assume are exported :-). Second, the first two I tried to use didn't conduct electricity. Unfortunately, I assumed they would work and installed them without testing them first. Hey, these are brand new, right? Warning: Some of them may be shorted giving a false sense of operation. Otherwise not a bad value.

Warning, at least one of the fuse holders in the pack of 10 that I received was shorted even without a fuse built in. If you don't check that your accessory or load is disconnected when it doesn't have a fuse, you can falsely feel confident that your application is short circuit proof when it isn't. It may be dangerous. The second one I tried worked fine, although the plastic trim around the fuse pins was a bit sloppy, the fuse was installed well and made a good connection. On the plus side the
