Carburetor works but doesn't flow properly, engine stalls and pitches at rpm but runs better and the other three I got from Revain. I do not recommend this product to anyone who does not have the ability to work on their own hardware.

Installed the carburetor in under an hour using basic hand tools. Concerned about the quality because of the low price compared to OEM. The carburetor caught fire, the set idle has worked perfectly until now (2 days). At this price I'll buy another one just in case. No issues with fit or quality.

Installation was easy. It came with internal parts for the throttle body. I just had to hook up the throttle cable. I believe the air mixture screw was adjusted to two full turns causing my quad to bleed through the carb and exhaust again. I tuned it to my quad and the optimum for my quad was 1 1/4 turns. Works like a new quad again. I also installed the fuel filter that came with the carburetor. Absolutely worth the money.

New carburettor fitted with no problems. Rode 5-10 minutes, rode well, then loaded the handlebars into a trailer for a day trip the next day. After starting I noticed that after a few minutes it started to work badly and I had to adjust something. For the next 10 minutes there was too much gas and the 4 wheel didn't work at all. I installed this on a 2001 Yamaha Big Bear. I quickly discovered that the throttle body inlet was threaded but the stock carburetor was not, so I had to drill out the threads with a 15/64 drill bit and then insert the inlet tube into the hole in the same orientation as the stock carburetor. Finally, the longer brass choke fitting also had to be drilled internally, leaving only 3 rows of threads for the bottom of the cable jacket as opposed to using a 15/64 drill bit.
