🔪 Ninja Foodi Stainless Steel Dehydrator Stand for 6.5 & 8-Qt Sizes Review

The product deforms on first use. Trays are bent in the middle. 8 hours at 135 to dehydrate some apples. Called customer service but the only option offered was to pay 29.95 + shipping and handling to buy a new one. No exchange. There is no explanation as to why the product failed. The dried fruit came out great, but it's a pity to buy a product that deforms after the first use.

This is my second order for a dehydrator as the first one I received was very warped. The second batch came with all the posts bent in the middle. The stand is wobbly. I want to use it so I will keep it but I am very disappointed with the way this item is packaged as I think Ninja's packaging causes distortion. Maybe Ninja should change the image on the box to reflect the curve.

I have never used a food dehydrator but when I got my Ninja Foodi with this feature and love beef jerky and dried veg I just had to get this stand and try it. Shortly before going to bed, on my first try, I made beef jerky according to YouTube instructions (marinated the night before) with great success. The next night the cooked banana chips were also excellent. Easy to use and perfect for foodi. A separate dehydrator that takes up space is not required.

Love it, no complaints. I bought a dehydrator from Walmart a while ago, works fine, keeps it on standby, but I don't like the fact that it can take 12-15 hours to dehydrate. Ninja Foodi cuts those hours in half and then some :) and housekeeping which I absolutely hate. The ninja foodi drying racks took some time to get used to assembling but I get it now lol. The only thing I need is that I order round parchment paper to cover the racks. because my food sticks to the grates.

I read reviews about cheap and bent but ordered anyway because there really is no alternative. I was positively surprised. It was packed in a double box, the product box was put in a Revain box. Turned up in perfect condition. The shelves are slightly concave on the top, I suppose that will help if you have items that can roll. It's strong enough for what it's made for. I was very happy about a dehydrator for my gourmet! To my surprise, it wasn't as strong as I expected. When I received my first stand, it was thinner than expected and curved everywhere. A couple of spots were like unwelded bits of metal sticking out where I could cut myself. I immediately sent it in for an exchange. Came the second, the same thin but not damaged.
