I had my daughter use this new Ninja NC501 CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream & Frozen Treat Maker for Ice Cream. She made the base and put in the freezer per instructions for 24 hours. We took it out this afternoon and she put both crushed oreos and chunks of premade cookie dough that we tried to freeze a few hours before. Once you understand how the mixing bowl fits in and the machine turns on, making yummy cold treats is really easy. The machine does all the work. The only down side is you have to wait AT LEAST 24 hours for the base to freeze. Personally, I have zero patience, so this was a test of will, well worth the wait.

I've been wanting this for a long time and finally caught it on sale and couldn't resist. Makes perfect nicecream and still easily scoopable if refrozen. Love it. I'd purchase it again for sure.
