After I installed this battery, and completed it's initial charge, my computer would randomly lose power and shut down I double checked my connections to make sure that it was secure and it happened two more times after that. Now it's been about a month and the battery won't work. My charger shows its fully charged and my white power light keeps flashing. Double checked the connections again, but nothing. Switched back to my old battery and everything works fine.

Just the perfect fit and price, to replace the failing original battery on my oldMacbook Pro. will purchase again May not be as reliable as the original power adapter.

Tried many times to contact their support team for a replacement after purchasing 3 batteries and i finally had to count it as a lost after not even having the items installed 6 months!

The battery worked like it should have for a short period of time, perhaps a month, but now no longer holds a charge. Even after I fully charge the battery, after I unplug it from the wall, the battery charge will drop to 7% within 5 minutes. Terrible.

The battery drops suddenly from high percentage like 80 or 90% to 7%. It stay in 80 ies % for like 20 min before it drops to 7 and then will die. I don't recommend anyone to buy this product.

Battery worked good for two weeks, then quit holding a charge. Computer will not power on; checked power connection, and battery connection. In the process of checking if board died.I should have reviewed this earlier, but I waited to post since I was unsure if I was just missing something.

I bought this battery based on good ratings, but ever since I put it in, my computer keeps randomly and unexpectedly going into sleep mode on its own. I've tried recalibrating the battery several times and that hasn't helped. I bought a new charger as well and that hasn't helped either. Will be looking for a different battery.

I did some research on aftermarket batteries for my MacBook Pro. Ninjabatt rated high enough to convince me and I'm a very particular shopper for my electronics.

Ordered this battery as a replacement for a failed one on my Mac. A good low-cost option to bring an aged Mac back to life. Even better was the simple ordering, quick delivery and a replacement that included the two needed screw drivers to successfully complete the job. All in, about 15 minutes of effort. Battery connected and worked for the first two weeks but it quickly started dying out like my previous old battery. Not it no longer turns on even if the battery is being charged.

Terrible product. Does not hold a charge at all. Not only did it take forever to fully charge (more than 6 hours), the battery percentage would drop from 50% to 7% instantly. This was after fully charging/depleting over a few days and experiencing the same result. Not worth your time or money. There is a reason Apple charged $129 for a battery and this one is only $55. Look elsewhere.

For some reason, after installing this battery my Mac's battery life has improved but anytime I close the screen it turns itself off. It's also inconsistent. I'll charge the laptop, take it off the charger and it'll drop from 95% to 4% and turn off. Will probably put the original battery back in.

so this battery worked good for the first week or so. after that, it would start causing my laptop to randomly sleep while charging. at first it was rare but just before writing this review it happened 3 times in less than an hour. only started happening after i got this battery and am worried it could blow from a short.

I only installed the battery two weeks ago, but so far all indicators show a good and stable charge with smooth operation.

What I like is the price. I got sick of the laptop being at 89% and it restarts or shutdowns (oem battery). Apple wanted gas money prices for a new battery. This was a good price and great value! As soon I installed it thanks to the great tools it comes with, the laptop recognized the battery and had great cycle time (Coconut battery application). I let it stay off the charger until it went down to 5% then I charged it up to 100%. It works great! Highly recommend this battery and company.

After a month of usage, the battery has been working well. While my battery checking app in my laptop showed the battery as less than full original capacity the first time used, that seems to be the norm with batteries for a laptop of this age.

This battery comes at a 30-40% savings over other "official” Apple batteries. Must say I was skeptical but turns out for no reason. Battery fits perfectly in my 15” MacBook Pro late 2011. Nice fit and finish. Virtually identical to the original one. Even comes with the two screwdrivers you will need. The replacement battery for an Apple MacBook Pro 15” Mid 2012 seemed promising against its competitors. But it failed twice during the battery conditioning process. I wanted to try it to again with a return and replacement but there was no replacement available at the time. I chose to go with the runner-up competitor which had an available replacement. It survived the rigorous conditioning procedure and continues to perform faultlessly.

After I installed the battery I thought everything was fine, then a few days later I am working on my laptop and the screen goes black and my laptop shut down for no reason. I waited a minute or so, powered back on and it re-started and had 100% battery life. This has now happened several times and it seems to happen every 2-3 days, I would suggest buying a different battery.
