🚗 Nissan Quest & Versa Rear Windshield Wiper Arm with Blade Set (2005-2012) Review

This is the perfect replacement for my 2005 Nissan Quest rear wiper. Yes, it's plastic, but it looks solid and works great for the small price.

Seems to be a quality part for such a price but the lever broke at the spring after 2 days. The wiper is not frozen/clogged or overtightened. I'll look elsewhere for a replacement.

I received this to replace the rear wiper on a 2007 Nissan Quest and I can report that it fits the same as the original but is a few inches shorter than the original and thus the wiping surface is reduced. I'll wait until the heavy rains pass to comment on whether or not this reduces efficiency.

Needed a puller to remove the original lever. Couldn't remove mine, most likely without damaging the motor assembly, and instead left the original socket in place as it wasn't damaged. Replaced the mounting spring with a blade and discarded the "bushing" that attaches to the motor assembly. The new arm/blade is also about an inch shorter than the original.

I bought this because I went through a car wash with this car that I've had for seven years 100,000,000 times and it ripped the wiper arm from the back of my van. I've complained to no avail that I ended up buying one for myself and not only was it very difficult to swap, it's very cheap plastic and I went through the washing machine one more time and it nearly ripped that lever off.
