Hard paint should not rub off easily when cleaning the surface. This is not a hard color. This is a wax marking similar to that used by dealers to place prices on a car's windshield.

This is a ballpoint pen like a pencil, it looks like you have to use the cap to change the color to push out, but the cap is not long enough even if it doesn't push anything out. Very dissatisfied, I cannot use them at all. would not buy again. The manufacturer keeps giving me different people who will not replace them or even tell me how to squeeze the color out of the pen.

I'm giving it three stars for two reasons: 1.) because it's much smaller than expected, for example, almost ridiculously small. I was expecting something bigger, the size of MeanStreak or Sakura. And 2.) Because you need something strong, long and thin to push the color out. I found the nail does the trick, but it's definitely not the ideal design.
