It is great. They protect our rabbit's paws in his.

This is very cool. They protect our rabbit's paws in his cage and are much cleaner than other floor coverings. I've found a solution to what seems to be a common clip problem - I've used zip ties to secure the mats to the cage and it works GREAT. I highly recommend this solution.

My Rex bunnies love them!

My mini rex already loves his mat and I'm glad he uses it to keep his ankles from hurting. Two of my standard Rex's that use these mats also seem to take to it quickly. My pregnant dog especially liked it. They are easy to install and clean. I wish the brackets were a little tighter so my bunnies can't lift the mats to move them. However, they will work great when we move to 14G cables.

Won't sit on wet roads anymore

I just adopted 6 rabbits; They are in separate cages, each with their own tray. They are not very well trained and can easily end up with a wet cage. I laid these mats loosely, did not use staples. A few have moved them around but they fit snugly in the tray and if I want to refresh the cage I can just shake out the rug and put some extra straw in. So far, so good! I recommend this product. They don't seem to care about chewing mats at all. 4 boys, 2 girls, everything was fine.

Best way to protect feet Bun

Bought this as a gift for someone who had wire bottom cages. They love the fact that the poop can go straight into the wire soil garden, but the poor buns got sick. I found these and they are exactly what I needed. The holes still allow the litter to slide in, but they give some rest from the wiring. There are 2 in each pack and both clips and zip ties are included to attach them to the cage/each other. For the price they are very easy to replace when rabbits gnaw on them. They've only just…

My rabbit loves it. to Home and Habitat

My rabbit lived in an ordinary flat bottomed cage with litter. I recently moved it to a wire cage because the cage is much larger and would be easier to clean. I bought these mats to protect his feet. At first I was concerned that he would be uncomfortable with the new floor - the carpet is hard and has holes in it which can make it difficult to move away from the bedding. It turned out that he had no problems at all. He immediately entered the new cage, sniffed the air and lay down on the…

Prolonged the life of my cages

I built a cage to raise my meat rabbits. Unfortunately, the frame wire wasn't of the quality I was expecting (that's another review) and the busy little buns started digging into corners and welds popped! They slowly but surely ripped apart the bottom of the cage! Enter these rugs. You snap them onto the wire with the provided tabs (unlike the other style, you have to bend to marry the tabs under the wire and they snap when you try to remove them) and boom, an instant fix for the below-average…

The rabbit is still in the poo!

The height of these floor mats is a joke. They only reach a height of about 3/16 inch. My rabbit poo is 3/16 inch! That being said, my rabbit's poop isn't falling through the holes and preventing them from touching them like I was hoping. She's still in contact with Poop! Also, I have a litter box in her cage that she uses most of the time, but she's a rabbit and rabbits still poop everywhere because they're rabbits. They overlap instead of connecting side by side. This creates an uneven floor.

From Californians to Mini Rex they work great

Ok I breed Californians, American Blues, Mini Lops and Mini Rex. They are great and my bunnies seem to love them. Yeah the clamps don't work well to hold them in place so don't even use the clamps anymore. The bunnies will turn them over and play with them somehow. LOL They chew them, but without even noticing a single piece chewed, they understand that chewing is a waste of time. I wish the holes were a little bigger as my California poop and American blues don't fall through. After a month of
