2005 TSX Power Steering Leak Fixed

To save me money a mechanic buddy suggested I try this before I spend $1200. IT WORKS OUT! I paid $12 on Amazon, Pep Boys had it for $6.

Pros
  • Many will fit
Cons
  • I'll text back later

As described, but my car is too far away.

My leak was unfortunately too big for that. But it helped him stay on top. I was only able to use half of the bottle because the cap was stuck or something and I couldn't open it after the second use.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Maybe I should have given this case a chance before making a decision.

I have a bad power steering leak and have used a different brand to at least slow it down. One bottle lasted me 2-3 days. This product didn't help me even after 1 day, I gave up after using it 2 days in a row.

Pros
  • Still happy so far
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Great Product: Hydraulic Oils

This product stopped a strut leak on a '05 Honda Civic. I leaked 8 fl. ounces of old power steering fluid from the reservoir and 2 hoses and then replaced with about 6 fl. oz M2714H/6 and about 2 fl. oz. power steering fluid. The leak has stopped. The reservoir level remained constant for about 2 weeks. And the liquid looks a lot better.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Weak

Highly recommended for Acuras. The power steering seals are also leaking.

Works well. When I first bought it, I didn't realize that it also helps fix a leak. The frequency of spotting power steering fluid drips on the garage floor is becoming less and less common over time. I had to use a turkey douche to remove as much of the original liquid as possible before adding it to the tank, but so far it's worked well.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Only available in black

Fluid OK - our leak has slowed down

I bought this to fix a power steering leak on my teenager's 1997 Honda Accord - the leak was in the power steering end seals. I bought a six pack to flush the system and refill with new fluid. I wasn't able to get the bottom lines off, so I decided to evacuate the top tank and do a few fill, start and remove cycles. I was able to make the liquid look almost new. It's been a few months and I believe the tank has dropped about 1/4 inch again. So the leak has slowed down but is not being…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Interval
