So I bought this for my son in February, it worked great, he loved it but recently it suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller as it has only been a few months and they responded straight away and shipped a new headset. The latest headset is working great so far. I am sure that we have just received a defective product. It happens. I am very impressed with the customer service and communication, I would highly recommend this product and this company.

Thank God The quality of these headphones is phenomenal and the price makes them even more attractive! The cable is long enough and of good quality. I tested the mic with friends and also through playback and it was very, very clear with no background noise, crackle or hiss. Do the headphones hum from time to time when you wear them? Not sure why? The LED system is very cool and works well, the cable comes with a desktop extender but can be used with phones, laptops etc.

These headphones seemed very cheap to me when I received them. I didn't think about it and used it anyway. The sound worked great, but the people I played with couldn't hear me very well. I had to hold the microphone to my mouth so they could hear me well. But after two weeks of use. the sound accidentally went crazy in my ears. The sound is what I expected in this price range, but I was also very surprised by the amount of bass they had.
