So in my last review I was very disappointed that my son's headset stopped working a month after he had it. Well, someone from the company read my review and contacted me and although it was too late to return it, they reminded me of the manufacturer's warranty. But they went even further and sent me a replacement headset. They didn't have to do any of that, but they really cared about getting customers to use their product, so they did better. Thank you for the great customer service and I will be recommending your company to anyone looking for a gaming headset in the future.
