I understand why others in the reviews say it cleans well and gets into tight spots because it really does. I wonder how much I didn't get with the other threads I've tried. 1 star deduction for styrofoam/plastic packaging, but the thread is great!

Bought to reduce the amount of plastic in my house. So far I haven't had any problems with this product. I have the feeling that the thread has become thicker? rougher? than regular yarn but so far I haven't had any problems and I like the stability.

The reusable filament container is made of glass and metal, and the bamboo filament can even be composted after use. The thread is thin and strong, so I like it - it doesn't snap between my closely spaced teeth. My husband, on the other hand, doesn't like it; he says it's too hard for his sensitive gums (and he flosses at least once a day to keep his gums as healthy as a 71-year-old can be).

Fantastic! Not only are they adorable, they are comfortable to use, durable and I think I might end up using less anyway. No charcoal smell. The packaging is also recyclable. Great change when I read how harmful plastic filament is to animals and the environment. Never thought about it.

This product is advertised as 100% biodegradable but the packaging I ordered has polyester in the ingredients list. Last time I checked, polyester is not biodegradable. I contacted the seller about this. Will update when I get an answer.

I've tried everything to reduce yellowing on the very edges of my teeth - you know, almost between my teeth. Diligent dental floss, electric toothbrush and white stripes didn't help. I decided to try bamboo impregnated threads as a last resort. The improvement I saw after just one use convinced me to keep using Knotted Yarn! It also helps me hone my brushing game and makes me a very consistent flosser as the material left after brushing really contrasts with the black floss. I'll be back!

I LOVE this dental floss! The packaging is so cute and different from any other yarn I have ever bought. The thread is durable and the coating prevents it from slipping out of your hands when in use. I like that it has a brightening effect and the taste is pleasant but not too strong. I will buy again!

Wow. I was expecting something "normal for zero waste" but this is the best yarn I have ever used. My teeth are clenched very tightly and I used plastic floss to protect my fingers from painful dents and even cuts. But the guilt I felt for each of them eventually grew too great, and I commanded it. This charcoal floss glides smoothly between my clenched teeth but has plenty of fiber friction to scrape away plaque. At the same time it is soft on the fingers. It's very strong and hasn't broken…

Mouline yarn is cool. I bought it because it's biodegradable - I regularly floss twice a day and one look in the bathroom trash was enough to make me uncomfortable. All those plastic boxes. SO MANY floss. I'm not as committed to the environment as I should be, but the scale of the shift alarmed even me. I love that it's biodegradable and love the cute little refillable glass dispenser. I don't know enough about activated charcoal to be excited to have it in my filament, but other people do, so…
