Causes glitches when connecting laptop to Wi-Fi

While this tiny connector serves a purpose, there's a serious problem when using it to connect a 3.0 external hard drive will be latest MacBook Pro. This causes interference in the laptop's WiFi, and in my case the WiFi is completely disabled. The plug I bought from Apple doesn't have this problem. (On Revain, this is the Apple USB-C to USB Adapter). I can't tell if the problem is with the connector, or if the small connection means the hard drive is closer to the laptop than the extra two orโ€ฆ

This item is well built and will work with any USB-A.

UPDATE: 06/10/17 - Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars. Nonda has redesigned this adapter and ships a new model that is slightly smaller than the old one and works well with the 2016 MacBook Pro. It pairs well with every USB-C cable I've tested it with, including third-party USB-C to DisplayPort, USB-C to USB-A, and USB-C to DisplayPort adapters (see new version) and older versions side by side). Doesn't fit my Samsung USB stick

I really liked this product at first - it's small, looks good and is affordable. Unfortunately today I discovered that it is not compatible with my Samsung USB drive. Try as I might, it just didn't work. So Nonda has to loosen their tolerance a bit to make sure they are suitable for all USB-A devices. Update 4/12: I corrected my rating to two stars. Nonda Technical Support contacted me for information about a Samsung drive that wasn't working for me and said they were considering modifyingโ€ฆ

Suitable for very few applications.

Gotta go on a diet. This is the main problem with the adapter, just surprised to see it in 2018. Even if we've already been through it. There is a photo of people, it only fits the original Apple cable. MacBook Airs and MacBooks are known to require an adapter to get ports it doesn't come with and if you do, it won't fit. The competitor's brand is suitable for any other application, but this one is not suitable. and USB-C is very small, why does that end have to be so far away? These are things
