Positive and comfortable fit + good, clear optics.

I have used Thinoptics readers - the appeal of this brand is that they are THIN! Great for very transient use, but I'm just uncomfortable with anything over 5 minutes. It's depressing as I rely more and more on the readers every day. Another problem is that the frame slips out of the bag when I'm in my bag or when I pick it up. In the end I stopped carrying them with me. Sign in to Nooz. I was a bit hesitant about buying them as I've been down this route before, but it looks like the design…

Pros
  • βœ… UNFORGETTABLE GLASS - Optimal protection and only 6 mm thick. So compact you'll even forget you're wearing it. Handy, compact and durable, they fit easily in a bag or trouser pocket or can be attached to a bunch of keys.
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Hold on better than others

I'm not sure why I thought this case would clip to my phone case like a ThinOptics case, but it doesn't need to be carried separately, which is me disappointed. I could probably use double sided tape but the case is bigger than ThinOptics so it might not work on a phone. However, I like glasses much more than other brands. The nose is narrower and the material prevents it from slipping down like others have. In fact, these fell off quite often, but this one didn't. Right now I just carry it in…

Pros
  • Polycarbonate frame
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Much better than Slim Optics

I've been a big fan of Slim Optics for many years: handy, expensive and extremely handy - I keep them in a little rubberized case that attaches to the back my iPhone. The problem with flimsy optics and counterfeit brands on eBay is that they are so fragile and the nose will inevitably break within a relatively short period of time rendering the glass unusable. But it's a convenience I loved and proudly showed off β€” my iPhone, lying on its back, contained very good reading glasses. Fragile, yes,
