This item is very easy to set up and operate. The hand warmer itself does not retain heat for long, a few minutes at most. However, patience and a few heating pad changes will help.

Definitely heats a smaller area. Works fast. The instructions could be clearer. I thought it didn't work, but then I saw a switch on the back that wasn't mentioned in the manual. . Excellent security features. Wish it explained the modes. Definitely recommend this heater.

We were hoping it would have the power to heat a 6x10 bathroom. It's not like this. It heats up my desk on those cold days when I'm typing with gloves on. The little disk you can hold to warm your hands is cute and works for a few minutes before cooling. I saw this version knock at Target for about 1/3 the price - so go there if you want.

Great product! Heats up a small room well. We use it in an office that was built during quarantine and has no heating. I wouldn't recommend it for large spaces, but for the heat of a 6ft x 8ft office it's perfect. Also, it's the only thing I'd like to have on the table. Looks great! The heating stone is a fun feature, but it doesn't always sit flat when you put it back in. This is the only downside. Quiet enough, more like white noise than a heater. I recommend.

This is a very small heater. Its dimensions seemed perfect for my desk in an office that gets chilly on cold winter days. The design is cute and a bit retro. However, the heater just doesn't produce that much heat, and there's no way to regulate the heat output; The only settings are on or off. I'm trying to get it closer to my fingers on the keyboard. It's also quite expensive for what it is. A small, detachable hand warmer is something I'll have to play around with, but it's kind of a gimmick

UPDATE: After a few weeks of operation the heating element seems to give up. The heat is not constant and sometimes the barley is warmer than the ambient temperature. This device is back - the rating has been upgraded from two to one star.
