Nordic Pure 16X24X2M12 3 Pleated Condition Review

A very difficult size to find in most retail stores. It is well made, lasts a long time and does an excellent job of filtering dust out of the air. Furnace filters are rated with a Minimum Efficiency Value (MERV). MERV scores range from 1 to 16. The higher the score, the more particles the filter can remove.

ID, no MERV rating. This may be the cheapest filter from an unknown manufacturer. No paperwork with them is no reason to believe these are MERV 13 filters, obviously not a very reputable company with no identification. I will never buy Revain or Nordic again. Only the size was right. So it's something. But probably overpriced. I want a refund

Rule of thumb: more pleats = more surface area = less flow restriction. Thanks to the now famous Revain double packaging, the goods arrived on time and in good condition. They have a decent cardboard frame and construction, and the filter media is reinforced with wire mesh to stiffen the surface and prevent warping/bending when the A/C is running.
